Abstract

Everything is found in the Quran, but everyone cannot see everything in it since things are found at different levels. So, if we want to justify something, first, we have to justify from the Quran, if we did not find it in Quran then we come to Hadith & so on.

In this article, the researcher wants to justify some rules of sharia like Hardship rules & embarrassment lift, etc from the Quraan & Sunnah. The aim of this research paper is to explain the rules of Hardship rules & embarrassment lift, its varied formulas, guides, and contemporary applications because we find different positions of Muslim scholars in some of those rules, and the matter was mixed with some due to its different formulas for these rules. The researcher wanted to mention some of these rules with their various formulas and with related rules with their clarification, evidence, and contemporary applications in the light of Quraan & Sunnah so that the matter is not suspected by the researchers.
