Moulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar (RA) was born in 1923 in village/town Athyha in Distt. Purtapgarh, Purtabgarh is located in Uttar Pradesh (UP) India. Moulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar (RA) got his religious education from his saint Moulana Abdul Ghani Pholpuri in Mudarasah Bait-ul-Aloom which is located in district Azam Ghur (India), His degree in medics (Tibb-e-Yonani) from Tibbya College Allahabad. Moulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar (RA) was a Sufi as well as a great scholar, writer, and reformer. He was the founder of Silsla-e-Akhturia. He also started a Mudrasah named “Asharuf ul Madaris” in Karachi. A large number of followers and scholars are got the Uloom-e- Sharia (Islamic laws) as well as Tareeqat. He established an NGO “Al-Akhtar Trust International” in 2001 to serve Humanity.
Moulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar (RA) traveled all over the world preaching point of view. A large number of France community is very impressed by his Silsala (Silsal-e-Akhtaria). The main objective of this article is to take a research review of Maulana Shah Hakim Muhammad Akhtar’s Preaching in France and the Impact of Sislah-e-Akhtaria there.
