Youth Unemployment and its Prevention (Analytical Study in the light of Islamic Teachings)

Abstract

It is a fact that youth are an asset to any nation. These are the young people who will lead any nation to success. Therefore, if the youth are trained on the right lines and they set their goal in life and work hard to achieve it, then not only negative and destructive activities are eliminated from their lives but also the whole society Accompanies development. Unfortunately, today unemployment is common among the youth due to which they are suffering from negative activities. Youth are involved in looting, theft, and drug addiction. Therefore, it is important to create employment opportunities for them. This article is a small effort to explore how young people can be employed in the light of Islamic teachings. The qualitative method has employed in this article. It is concluded that Young people need to build self-confidence. Use personal resources, Society and governments should help them with loans and land should be distributed among the youth through agricultural reforms. So, unemployment can be controlled to a great extent.
