Abstract

The religion Islam is exactly according to the need of nature and is the favorite religion of Allah. The Holy Quran besides describing order sets the legislative principles So that all problems can be solved till the day of judgment. Islam is the last religion of Allah and the sharia of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is the last and perfect sharia. Allah said in the Holy Quran “whoever will search another religion except for Islam, He will never be accepted “There is no disrupting or stagnation in Islam but there are continuity and fluency. Islam laws have a distinct place among all other religions of the world and these laws confront all the challenges of all ages. 1400 years ago, the simple life of Arabs or the modern world’s luxurious life of cities, Islam not only provides guidance about politics, social economics, and medicine but all aspects of life. In this article, a newborn trend of Human Organs’ transplantation is discussed in the light of Islamic Jurisprudence to evaluate its Fiqhi status in an appropriate way.
