Rules of Means in Sharia: Its Various Forms, Clarification, Evidence and Contemporary Applications

Abstract

There are many rules like rules of means and rules of preferences etc. The aim of this research paper to explain the rules of the means in Sharia, its various forms, clarification, and contemporary applications. Because we find Muslim scholars at different positions about some of these rules. This paper explains some of these rules with their various forms, related rules, clarifications, and shreds of evidence.  Moreover, the contemporary approach to these means is also explained in this paper so that the matter remains not to be suspected among the researchers.
