Asbab al-Ikhtilaf fi al-Tafseer (A Theoretical and Analytical Study for Important Causes)

Abstract

The Holy Qur’an revealed by Allah in Arabic language and order to the prophet (PBUH) for the interpretation of this book to explain it to the people and after his explanation, it is the responsibility of people to think and to understand the concept of the Qur’an, as that is clear we are finding in the literature of Tafseer the commentary of many verses transmitted from Prophet (PBUH) but there are some other verses which explanation is not transmitted from Him, when we are studying the literature of Tafseer we are finding that there are differences among the Mu’fsreen in the determination of principle of Tafseer and in the utilization of that principle for the understanding the meaning of Qur’an and for the derivation of rules and regulation, in this article, we focused on the major causes of differences in the opinions of Mu’fsreen related with interpretation of Qur’an.
