Abstract

Humans have been exposed to a variety of epidemics at different times. Millions of people have died as a result of these epidemics. In modern times, a deadly epidemic like the Corona has spread to most of the countries of the world. Muslim rulers and scholars have played an important role in following the principles and proofs stated in the Qur’an and Hadith. Among the services he rendered in this regard were lockdown, setting up of new hospitals, offering prayers at home, postponing the payment of Hajj, arranging prayers and adhans, instructing patience and perseverance, medical measures, This includes helping, living separately from each other, ie arranging quarantine and arranging distance between them. In modern times, Muslim rulers and scholars, following the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah and the predecessors, have provided the public with information on how to avoid this coronavirus. The need is to clarify the role of previous governments and scholars. How they strategically protected people from massive casualties so that the way to deal with the coronavirus in modern times could be paved.
