Abstract

A word spoken or an act done or a confirmation given by the Holy Prophet PBUH is called Sunnah. Basically, Hadith are the words, actions and silent approval of the Prophet PBUH and considered one of the primary sources of Islamic law, next in importance only to the Holy Quran. It plays a vital role in interpretation of the Holy Quran as well as in law making. That’s why it remained undisputed and unchallenged throughout the centuries.  Hadith is known as the most effective, explicit, miraculous and beautiful method of expression.

The Holy Prophet PBUH was the role model and best teacher of the world. Therefore, he guided and illuminated his companions about their belief and faith in two different ways – either by, raising inquisition in them through questions or by simply explaining different concept of faith.
