Abstract

Studying the different sayings of the commentators and knowing the reasons for this difference and their types is very important, in order to know how to deal with the books of interpretation, especially with regard to the various sayings contained therein.

The research aims to study the difference of opinion among the commentators which is apparently contradictory in Tafseer-Al-Mawardi (Annukkat Wal Uyoun) in two surahs (Maryam and Ta-Ha) and to study the reasons on which was built the contradiction between them and to study the divisions of contradiction and its types and conditions for accepting two contradictory meanings. And how do we deal with it, do we accept it or not?

And is it possible to give weighting when it is possible to combine the sayings and when it is not possible to combine the sayings with an explanation of the reasons for the weighting of one of the sayings and the reasons for choosing it by explaining the well-known rules of weighting? Does this difference affect the meaning of the verse or not?
