The Role of Young Companions of Prophet(ﷺ) in Management of Islamic State

Abstract

The state is an inevitable part of human society. Without a state survival of a society, its collective values, security, peace, and discipline are impossible. The state came into being to fulfill these basic needs of society. Religion has been played a vital role in shaping human society. Every religion supports a peaceful society and state. Islam is a complete code of life. It guides us in every field of life. Islam also provides complete guidance for human collective values. Young people are a valuable asset of a state. A state cannot flourish without young people’s cooperation. They play an important role in state development. Therefore, Islam lays emphasis on treating them well. The senses, the consciousness, and intellect work well. Most of the early companions of Prophet(ﷺ) were young. The majority of them were between ten to thirty-six. They, with Prophet, brought a revolution, which is still alive and will remain till the end of this world. This paper explores the role of young companions of the Holy Prophet(ﷺ) in executive and defensive development of the Islamic state. The method used in collecting and analyzing data is qualitative and descriptive.
