Abstract

This research article is based upon the Hadith of Safwan bin Umayya Al-Sulami in which narrated that he came to Madina to ask a question from the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and there his sheet had been stolen. In this article, the incident has been consolidated and presented with all the traditions and texts combined together. Later on, from these traditions, all the contradictions and weak traditions have been routed out and presented as a single incident. However, many of the Mohaddiseen have tried to consolidate the text, but their work is very limited, which they have selected from specific books (Sahah-e-Sitta, Kutb-e-Tis’a, etc.), secondly, they have eliminated the contradictions from the different text but not have made it into a story. Therefore, it is the need of the current time that all Ahadith should be consolidated like the aforementioned Hadith, later on, should be compiled in the form of a single incident so that the ambiguities related to the Sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) should be exterminated and especially for the people related to legislative and Fatwa can be provided with a reliable basis.
